Initial Clinical Intake & Assessment

A 1-hour foundational session is required for all new families to ensure a safe, high-quality partnership and a customized plan of care from the very first visit. It is a dedicated time to align the specific goals of the caregiver and the unique needs of the child or young adult.

Following our visit, you will receive a comprehensive document outlining the specific strategies, safety protocols, and goals discussed during the intake.

Special Needs / Critical Care Respite

Dedicated, professional care provided directly in the caregiver’s home for children and young adults with diverse developmental, behavioral, or special needs. This service provides primary caregivers with a reliable break while ensuring their loved one remains in a familiar and supportive environment.

Length: 1-hour minimum session. Sessions exceeding one hour are billed in 30-minute increments ($50.00).

Family Advocacy & Consulting

Clinical representation and guidance for life’s transitions, available through in-home consultations or as a liaison at external meetings. This includes support during IEP meetings, at school, medical appointments, or hospital-to-home transitions to ensure the best outcomes for your family.

Length: 1-hour minimum session. Sessions exceeding one hour are billed in 30-minute increments ($50.00).
